First reactions to road pricing are very negative

In a joint statement, Febetra, TLV and UPTR argue that freight transport will become between 5% and 10% more expensive at a stroke with road pricing according to the planned rates. These rates are not yet official, as they are part of consultations with the regions. There is an obligation of secrecy, so the figures the federations are not allowed to put on the rates. Incidentally, the consultations are said to have started only in Flanders. A first meeting with the Walloon regring is scheduled around 19 February.
