Antwerp Port Authority seeks organiser Tall Ships Races

City and port are jointly organising the Tall Ships Races in Antwerp, but the Port Authority counts as the tendering authority. The tender can be found online and runs until 17 February. The tender falls into two lots. Lot 1 includes attracting and maintaining contacts with ships (ship recruitment), concluding contracts with the ships regarding participation, hiring and placing trainees (in consultation with the city and Antwerp Port Authority), attracting trainees for participating ships and following up the placed trainees, recruiting (logistical) sponsors (including drafting sponsorship formulas) and sponsorships for the trainees, as well as developing hospitality formulas and selling hospitality packages.
