Jacques Vandermeiren packs AP students with plea for port

The final-year business management students (logistics management, marketing, accountancy and finance and insurance) of the Artesis Plantijn Hogeschool in Antwerp (AP Hogeschool) were treated to a discourse by Vandermeiren. In it, of course, he set out the strengths of the port of Antwerp, but did not shy away from tricky topics such as the INEOS debate and the climate issue. Student Rebecca Agbiamo is impressed. “You notice that Jacques Vandermeiren is proud of the port and he knows very well how to back this up with figures. The sky is the limit, it seems. At the same time, in his presentation he also focused on community-building and the climate issue: he is pro climate action, and not only within the port, but also on a global scale.”
